Privacy & data consent

E-Intel records neurological and physiological signals to deliver your sessions. This summary explains what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

Account and profile details you provide at signup, such as your name, contact details, occupation, and handedness.

Biometric session data captured by your headband, including EEG brainwave signals and PPG heart-rate signals, along with the derived metrics and results for each session.

How we use it

To run your calibration and feedback sessions, and to adapt them in real time based on your measured attention and stress levels.

To generate and store your session results and progress history so you can review them later.

To make your session data available to an expert assigned to monitor you.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored on E-Intel’s servers and retained for as long as your account remains active, unless you request deletion.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal and session data by contacting us.

Withdrawing this consent means we can no longer run sessions for you, as the platform cannot function without processing these signals.
